When your skin needs cleansing and hydration, HydraFacial brings both into one visit. The treatment combines surface exfoliation, extraction of impurities and hydrating skincare products. Kuulas has more than 15 years of experience with HydraFacial.

Who is the treatment suitable for?

HydraFacial is often suitable for congested, dehydrated or dull skin. It is also a good maintenance treatment when the aim is clean, well-hydrated skin.

We select treatment according to your skin's condition. Sensitivity, active inflammation and medications may limit treatment. For deep scars or skin laxity, we recommend other methods when appropriate.

Cleansing and hydration tailored to your skin

The HydraFacial handpiece combines a flow of liquid with suction. This removes dead cells from the skin's surface and impurities from the pores while applying treatment solutions.

Signature Light focuses on basic cleansing and hydration. Signature is particularly suited to blemish-prone skin. Platinum adds a lymphatic stage, a booster selected for your skin's needs and LED light.

What happens during your visit

We assess your skin and select a suitable HydraFacial treatment. After cleansing and exfoliation, we address impurities and finish with hydrating products. Suction strength and treatment stages are adapted to your skin's tolerance.

You can also choose to have your neck and décolletage treated alongside your face. During your visit, you receive guidance on maintaining that clean, hydrated feeling at home.

Skincare and recovery

After treatment, your skin may temporarily be red or sensitive. Avoid saunas, swimming and strenuous exercise on the day of treatment. Let your skin settle and use gentle moisturising products.

Avoid strong exfoliation and irritating active ingredients during the first few days. Protect your skin from the sun and avoid intentional UV exposure. You will receive detailed instructions according to the treatment stages used.

Signature Light is a basic cleansing and hydrating treatment. Signature focuses on impurities, while Platinum is more comprehensive. If you are unsure which is suitable, book a consultation and first treatment.

Treatment using suction and solutions can remove impurities and blackheads. Deep congestion may not clear in one visit.

Dehydration is a common reason for treatment. The strength of exfoliation and suction and the products used are selected according to your skin's condition.

Mildly blemish-prone skin may benefit. Active inflammatory acne or medication may change the plan or prevent treatment.

You can feel the handpiece's suction and liquid flow on your skin. There may be tingling during exfoliation. Intensity is adjusted, and you should tell us immediately about discomfort.

Long recovery is not usually needed, but redness and sensitivity are possible. Avoid scheduling your first treatment immediately before a special occasion.

Yes. Signature Light and Signature offer face, neck and décolletage options. Select the extended treatment when booking.

Intervals are agreed according to congestion, sensitivity and your wider treatment plan. Not everyone needs the same course.

Tell us about skin conditions, medications, allergies and recent procedures. Aspirin or salicylate allergy is also important to mention when choosing exfoliating solutions.
