Hoitola Kuulas - Terms of Delivery

Online Store

Kuulas hyvinvointi Oy (business ID 3156814-1) sells products under the trade name Hoitola Kuulas & Kuulas Sport to adults in Finland and the EU area. Product prices include VAT. The final amount of VAT is determined by the tax rate of the delivery country stated by the customer. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online store's checkout. All customer data is handled confidentially. The contact details requested during the order will not be used without the customer's consent for anything other than delivering the order or resolving any issues that arise with it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and committed to the terms of delivery in effect at the time.

Payment

The payment intermediation of the online store is carried out by Paytrail Plc (formerly Checkout Finland Oy, business ID 2196606-6) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfer and monetary transactions are SSL-secured.

Payment Methods

• Card payments: Visa, MasterCard. • Installment payment: Klarna (terms: https://www.klarna.com/fi/ehdot/). • International: Stripe and PayPal. • Online bank payments: Finnish banks.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. A phone number is needed for the carrier's arrival notification.

Delivery Method and Costs

• Finland: Delivery is always free to the nearest pick-up point. • EU area: Free delivery is also available to the EU area. The delivery price and any promotions are calculated and shown at checkout based on the delivery country.

If the customer does not pick up the product, it will be returned to the supplier. Reshipping costs the reshipping fee according to the delivery destination, but at least 8 euros. In case of cancellation (if the package has already been returned as unclaimed) The supplier has the right to withhold from the refundable amount the transaction costs (3.5% of the order value) and the incurred shipping costs. Inquiring about an unclaimed package is the customer's responsibility, and products unclaimed for over 6 months will revert to the supplier's ownership.

Delivery Time

• Finland: 2-4 business days. • EU area: 5-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

Exchange and Return Conditions

14-day return policy. Cosmetics and supplements only unopened. Recovery Boots products have a trial right. Returns are at the customer's expense, and the return amount will be reduced by shipping costs and any possible transaction fees (3.5%) in repeated cancellations.

Problem Situations and Dispute Resolution

Report errors within 14 days. Complaints about transport damage must be made immediately to the transport company. In case of disagreements, you can contact the Consumer Disputes Board or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Tämä on kyllä 60+-vuotiaan ihon pelastaja. On kallis tuote, mutta vihdoin on sellainen voide, joka toimii. Ja aika riittoisa on, en ihan joka ilta käytä.

Todella hyvä kosteuttava seerumi päivä-ja yövoiteen alle samasta sarjasta. Tasapainottaa ihon sopivasti.

Tämä suihke pelastaa ärhäkäm ruusufinni- ja POD-ihoni joka kerta. Auttaa myös pieniä naarmuja, tulehduksia ja ihorikkoja parantumaan. Jo kaksi pulloa käyttänyt! Tärkeää on vain antaa suihkeen kuivua kunnolla (noin 10 min) ennen muiden tuotteiden käyttöä.

Luottotuote

Käytän liinoja usein aamulla, kun haluan näyttää freesiltä. Tulos on sama, kuin olisin edellisenä päivänä käynyt kasvohoidossa. Vaikka ohjeissa suositellaan käyttämään iltaisin, aamukäyttö sopii minulle. Iho on 40+ vuotiaan hankala sekaiho ja iS Clinicalin tuotteet ovat olleet kokeilemistani tuotteista ainoita, joista olen valmis maksamaan näitä hintoja. Käyttäisin tuotesarjaa laajemminkin, mutta hinta rajoittaa käyttöä. Kuorintaliinat leikkaan usein kahteen osaan, laitan puolikkaan takaisin pakkaukseen ja suljen pussinsulkijalla. Säilyy hyvin muutaman päivän. ;)
