Online Store
Kuulas Wellbeing Oy (business ID 3156814-1) sells under the trade name Skin Clinic Kuulas & Kuulas Sport products to adults in Finland and the EU area. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store's checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the order will not be used for anything other than delivering the order or resolving any ambiguities without the customer's consent. When ordering from the online store, you are expected to have read and committed to the terms of delivery valid at the time.
Payment
The online store's payment intermediation is implemented by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Using the service does not require registration or additional fees. Checkout Finland Oy has a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL-secured, meaning no outsider can see your information.
Payment Methods
Online bank payment buttons
You can pay for the order through the online payment button of any Finnish bank. When you have the user credentials provided by your bank and are paying for your online purchases, you will temporarily move from our online store to your own bank and pay for the selected products directly from your account.
Card payments
Card payments are made securely on Nets' SSL-secured payment form. Neither the online store nor Checkout Finland Oy has access to card information, and card details are not stored in our systems. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the cardholder's identity.
The online store uses the Checkout payment intermediation service for card payments. The online store acts as the marketer of products and services and as the supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations it defines related to the trade. In card payments, the trade is between the customer and Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6). Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for obligations and complaints related to card payments. Checkout appears as the recipient of the payment on the card statement and forwards the card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant.

In addition to the above, international Stripe and PayPal services also mediate payments.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when placing the order. We need a phone number for Posti or a similar delivery company, which will notify you of the package's arrival via text message.
Delivery Method and Costs
You will see the delivery costs of your order after selecting the payment and delivery method. Kuulas online store deliveries are free unless otherwise stated.
If the customer does not pick up the product sent to them, it will be returned to the supplier. If the customer wishes, the Supplier will resend the package to the nearest pickup point for a fee of 15 euros. However, if the customer cancels the order at this stage, the Supplier is entitled to withhold the costs incurred from the online store's payment transactions, i.e., 3.5%, as well as the already incurred shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about the returned package, and products not picked up for over 6 months will revert to the supplier's ownership.
Delivery Time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-4 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times are indicated with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. Information about exceptional delivery times is provided on the online store's homepage.
Exchange and Return Policy
According to Finnish consumer protection law, you have the right to exchange or return your entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The return right for cosmetic products and dietary supplements only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Returning the product is at your own expense unless otherwise agreed. We will deduct the costs incurred from shipping costs from the returned products.
For return items such as Recovery Boots and Booster, you can test the products, and if you are not satisfied, you can return the product without any explanations. Please ensure that you return the products in their original packaging.
When returning the delivered order, include your customer number/name and contact information. Once we have received the product, we will immediately refund the payment to the payment method you used in the online store unless otherwise agreed. If you change your mind before the product is sent to you, notifying us is sufficient, and we will immediately refund your money.
We reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred from payment processing (3.5%) from the refundable amount if the customer, for example, orders and cancels their purchase repeatedly.

Problem Situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error no later than 14 days to the parties mentioned in the exchange and return policy. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made to the post office immediately.
