You do not need to know in advance which treatment is right for your skin. Together, we discuss your skin and wishes, choose suitable care and begin treatment during the same visit.

Book this visit if you are coming to us for the first time, your skin's needs have changed or you do not know where to start. You can tell us about concerns such as dryness, impurities, sensitivity or age-related changes.
We listen to what concerns you about your skin and the results you hope for. Together, we assess what can be done now and which home skincare or follow-up plan would support your goal.
From a conversation to your first treatment
We begin by getting to know your skin, current skincare routine and previous treatments. We discuss your wishes and explain how the visit will proceed.
We then select a suitable first treatment. We explain what it involves and its price before starting. The visit includes both consultation and treatment; a specific device-based treatment is not performed automatically.
At the end, you receive home care instructions and we discuss any further treatments. If something needs further assessment, we calmly explain the appropriate next steps.

Kuulas celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. Our founder, Venla Halinen, has more than 30 years of experience in the field. We provide both treatment and practical guidance for caring for your skin at home.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. This service is designed for when you need help choosing treatment. We assess your skin and choose a suitable starting point together.
Will I also receive treatment at the same visit?
Yes. The service includes a consultation and first treatment. We choose a suitable treatment during the visit. If a contraindication arises, we discuss how to proceed safely before treatment.
Can I book a consultation only?
This service always includes a consultation and first treatment. If you would like to ask something before booking, contact us through the website chat.
How much time should I allow?
Allow around 90 minutes. This includes discussion, skin assessment, the first treatment and home care guidance.
What does the starting price mean?
The visit starts from 165,00 €. The final price depends on the treatment selected. We explain the price and agree on the treatment with you before starting.
Can I request a particular treatment?
Yes. Tell us your wishes beforehand through the chat. We assess whether your preferred treatment suits your skin and this visit. HIFU or microneedling, for example, is not performed automatically.
Do I have to commit to a course or buy home skincare?
You can start with this single visit. We discuss further treatment needs and home skincare separately. A course or products are not automatically included with your booking.
How do I tell you about things that may affect treatment?
Before your visit, you receive a secure client questionnaire where you can share any relevant health information in advance. We discuss it together when needed and choose treatment suited to your situation.
How does the skin recover after the first treatment?
Recovery depends on the treatment selected. Tell us about upcoming events, trips and other plans so we can take them into account when choosing treatment. You receive aftercare instructions tailored to the treatment performed.
Does an online purchase also book an appointment?
No. Book separately through our booking system under Consultation and first treatment. You can also book first and pay at the clinic.
