PRX-T33 is a treatment applied to the skin by hand when the aim is a fresher tone, smoother surface and a firmer feel. At Kuulas, the treatment and its accompanying home skincare are planned together.

Who is the treatment suitable for?

PRX-T33 may be suitable for dull, dehydrated skin or skin that has lost elasticity. Fine lines and uneven tone can also be considered in the treatment plan. In addition to the face, the neck and décolletage can be treated.

Treatment is not chosen by age alone. Your skin's condition, sensitivity, previous treatments and goals determine suitability. Damaged or very irritated skin is addressed first.

An Italian treatment method with guided home skincare

PRX-T33 is a formulation developed by WiQo, combining trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. A professional works the product into the skin, adjusting the amount of treatment according to the skin's response.

The treatment is designed to avoid the extensive shedding associated with a traditional strong peel. Redness, dryness or flaking are still possible. Home skincare compatible with the manufacturer's method is selected alongside the course.

What happens during your visit

The visit begins with skin assessment and cleansing. The product is applied and worked into the treatment area in stages. We monitor your skin's response and sensations before finishing and moisturising.

Allow around 30 minutes. At your first visit, we plan the course and explain how to use your home skincare products.

At Kuulas, PRX-T33 is often delivered as a course of 4–6 treatments. Intervals and session numbers are agreed individually. Home skincare is part of the method, so follow its instructions throughout the course.

Frequently asked questions · PRX-T33

Yes. The formulation contains TCA, hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. The method differs from a traditional TCA treatment that causes intensive peeling.

Extensive visible peeling is not the aim. Dryness, flaking or irritation are nevertheless possible and depend on your skin.

You may feel tingling and warmth. Tell us immediately about strong stinging so treatment can be adjusted or stopped.

The first PRX-T33 visit at Kuulas includes the treatment, the course's home skincare products and guidance on their use. At follow-up visits, you continue the home skincare already started.

A starting point is often 4–6 sessions. The exact number and schedule are planned according to your goal and skin response.

Yes. The areas and course package are chosen beforehand to allow enough appointment time.

Treatment can be performed year-round when the skin is in good condition and protected from the sun. Sun protection and avoiding treatment of sunburnt or irritated skin remain important.

Treatment is not performed on damaged, inflamed or very irritated skin, or if you are allergic to its ingredients. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications and other procedures are discussed when assessing suitability.

Combinations and intervals are planned individually. Tell us about recent microneedling, peel, device-based and injectable treatments.
