Skin Clinic Kuulas - Terms of Delivery

Online store
Kuulas hyvinvointi Oy (Business ID 3156814-1) sells, under the marketing name Skin Clinic Kuulas & Kuulas Sport, products to adult private individuals in Finland and the EU area. Product prices include VAT. The final amount of VAT is determined according to the tax rate of the delivery country specified by the customer. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details requested in connection with the order will not be used without the customer's consent for anything other than delivering the order or clarifying any ambiguities that may arise in it. By ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the delivery terms valid at any given time.
Payment
Payment processing for the online store is carried out by Paytrail Oyj (formerly Checkout Finland Oy, Business ID 2196606-6) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transmission and money traffic are protected by SSL.
Payment methods
• Card payments: Visa, MasterCard. • Installment payment: Klarna (terms: https://www.klarna.com/fi/ehdot/). • International: Stripe and PayPal. • Online bank payments: Finnish banks.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. A phone number is required for the carrier’s arrival notification.
Delivery method and charges
• Finland: Delivery is always free of charge to the nearest pickup point. • EU area: Free delivery is also available to the EU area. The delivery price and any possible campaigns are calculated and shown საბოლოյ at checkout based on the delivery country.
If the customer does not collect the product, it will be returned to the supplier. Re-shipment costs according to the destination of delivery, but at least 8 euros. In the event of cancellation (if the package has already been returned uncollected), the supplier has the right to deduct from the refundable amount payment transaction costs (3.5% of the order value) and the actual shipping charges incurred. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about an uncollected package, and products left uncollected for more than 6 months will revert to the supplier's ownership.
Delivery time
• Finland: 2–4 business days. • EU area: 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
Exchange and return terms
14-day right of return. Cosmetics and dietary supplements only if unopened. Recovery Boots products have a trial period. Returns are made at the customer's expense, and shipping costs as well as any payment processing fees (3.5%) will be deducted from the refund amount in cases of repeated cancellations.

Problem situations and dispute resolution
Report defects within 14 days. Complaints about transport damage must be made immediately to the transport company. In case of disputes, you can contact the Consumer Disputes Board or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
