Instructions for Use: After cleansing, first apply Vita-Peptide Intensive Serum 4 Plus and then Vita-Antioxidant Defence Crème Plus. Environ recommends using 3-4 bottles of Intensive Serum 4 Plus before starting to use Defence Crème Plus to achieve the ideal vitamin A level. Use twice a day for optimal results.
