Air Relax Recovery Boots could not have found their way into my recovery routine at a better time. The boots had their baptism of fire at a training camp abroad in Mallorca, where the legs were put to a real test.

I used the boots in the evenings after training. I combined two different programs: B started and the A program ended the routine (I used the full length of both programs, totaling 30 minutes). My legs felt lighter after the treatment, but I definitely noticed the biggest difference after the legs "cooled down". Usually, moving with tired legs in the evenings and mornings is at least somewhat strenuous. Climbing stairs makes the thighs feel tight and the muscles feel... well, acidic, tight, and heavy. Usually, as the camp progresses (and as the hard training blocks at home progress), the legs start to feel really heavy, especially at the beginning of the workouts.

In Mallorca, however, these sensations did not occur! The stairs were easy to climb when heading to dinner, and my preemptive grimace when jumping on the bike saddle was unnecessary: the muscles felt strong, and heaviness/congestion was conspicuously absent. Of course, the legs were tired, but the muscles were free from waste products that specifically cause an acidic feeling of fatigue in the muscles.

For a professional athlete, recovery is everything. Recovery Boots support quick recovery from workouts and enable the next workout on a fast schedule. The quality of the workouts also improves, and lighter legs especially prevent the occurrence of running injuries.
