We utilize Recovery Boots in many different ways: The boots are mostly used on game days after morning training for recovery. With the help of the boots, players can get fresh legs for the evening game, which is of course very valuable. During the hectic SM-liiga season, players also use the boots on the bus after games. The toughest time for recovery is games on consecutive days, for example on Friday and Saturday. During the six-day Spengler Cup, we had two travel days and four games, and the players used Recovery Boots at almost every possible moment. Sitting in a car for 2-4 hours after a game is not the best possible recovery, Paul notes.
