Lisään aamuisin isoon (4 dl) lasiin ja liuotan C-poretabletin kanssa kylmään veteen tai sitten lisään tilkan tuoremehua. Tulee samalla nesteytystä. Ei maistu. Riittoisa tuote. Yli 60-vuotiaan ihossa vaikutus on hidasta, mutta ehkä pientä parannusta näkyy 2 kk käytön jälkeen. Matkalle pitää pakata kannelliseen purkkiin.
